This is double the number of speeches given by former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in seven foreign parliaments. Indira Gandhi addressed foreign parliaments four times, while Jawaharlal Nehru addressed them thrice. Rajiv Gandhi and Atal Bihari Vajpayee gave such speeches twice, while Morarji Desai and PV Narasimha Rao addressed a foreign parliament only once.
